Thomas S. Davis, MD

Dr. Thomas S. Davis is board certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine and practices at the Cancer Specialists of North Florida office at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Riverside.
Dr. Thomas chose to practice at Cancer Specialists of North Florida because he wanted a practice that would ensure that his patients have the best possible care. “After completing my hematology and oncology training and specialty work in both melanoma and kidney cancer, I searched for a practice that would encourage the highest standards of practicing medicine,” he says, calling Cancer Specialists of North Florida “a model for the way oncology will be done in the future.”

“Our outstanding staff of business and clinical professionals have been at the cutting edge of providing the most advanced therapies in the community setting,” Dr. Thomas says.

“This allows patients to stay close to home and familiar surroundings while still having access to the sort of care often found only in large academic research centers.”

When not at work, Dr. Thomas enjoys reading on a variety of subjects, especially science and politics, and does woodworking as a hobby. He and his wife are involved in a number of charities in the Jacksonville area including Wolfson Children’s Hospital, the Cummer Art Museum, American Cancer Society, and St. Vincent’s Hospital.
