CSNF-Baptist Downtown Moves to New Office

November 1, 2011 (Jacksonville) – Cancer Specialists of North Florida (CSNF) Baptist Downtown is moving into a new office space. All patients will continue to see their same oncologist or hematologist at the new office location. Effective Monday, Nov. 14 2011, the CSNF-Baptist Downtown office will be located at the following address:
